Me (Laura) and my mum (Val) have been making smoothies and eating healthy for 5 weeks now and would like to share our success with you.
Nutribullet: Smoothies
My mum bought a nutribullet, which is a machine that you put fruit and veg in (including the peel/skin if you wish) and then you blend your ingredients and hey presto.... smoothie time. We would like to share with you the recipes that we have enjoyed and those that we haven't.
So it seems that I prefer more fruit based smoothies whereas my mum prefers 50% fruit and 50% vegetables.
Healthy eating:
We have both been eating a balanced diet, I will soon share with you what I eat on an average day.
Exercise:
Laura: I do exercise regularly including walking, going to the gym, swimming and trampolining.
